The app may accessfunctions on your mobile device in order to offer you loan(s) and other financial products from Speedy Cash including:

  • Communications hardware (to provide account notifications)
  • Local storage (to provide loan documents that you download through the app)
  • Camera (to capture images of documents)
  • Speaker (as required by law)
  • GPS (to identify stores near your location)through the app)

We will ask your permission to access your device's GPS location data when you first download the app and when you first the Store Locator function of this app. You may also be able to control the app's access to your location by turning off your mobile device's GPS technology using settings available on your specific device.

Children

This app is not deigned for children, and Speedy Cash is not soliciting any data through this app from children under the age of 13 years. Any data collected through the app that we learn is about a child will be deleted. If you are a parent or guardian that becomes aware that a child has provided us with information without your consent, please contact us at CustomerService@SpeedyCash.com, so that we can delete the information.

Security

Any data collected will be protected using reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. Please be aware that even the most reasonable security measures may not be able to prevent all potential security breaches.
